Pet Friendly Campgrounds in Maine

Pine Ridge Campground is pet friendly! Dogs of any size are welcome for no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be leashed on property grounds.

Narrows Too Camping Resort Cabin allows three pets of any size in RV sites for no additional fee. Both dogs and cats are welcome. The cabins are not pet friendly.

Saco Old Orchard Beach KOA allows pets of any size in Rustic Cabins for a fee of $50 per stay. The RV park has no limit on the number of pets and no fee. Both dogs and cats are welcome, but dogs with aggressive personalities (not breeds) are not permitted.

The Birches Resort is pet friendly! Leashed dogs of any size are welcome for no additional fee. There are many miles of trails for hiking and biking with your family and furry family members.

Sagadahoc Bay Campground welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $5 per pet, per night. There is also an refundable deposit of $100 for Cabin rentals. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended at anytime. The beach is 1.5 miles long at low tide and a great place to run and chase sea gulls. Pets are not permitted in the bathrooms, and must remain leashed at all times. Proof of current vaccination records are required at check-in.

HTR Acadia allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $10 per stay. Please leave your pooch at home if he/she is not good on a leash, around children or barks incessantly. Dogs are not allowed in any cabins or in the pool area. Please be responsible with their waste and properly pick up after your pooches. Doggie poo bags are available in the camp store. Dogs must not be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times. Please be aware that if your dog(s) are acting aggressive, excessively barking or making other campers uncomfortable you will be asked to leave the campground with no refund.

Bald Mountain Camps Resort allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $15 per pet, per night. Both dogs and cats are welcome.

Gray Ghost Camps allows a maximum of 2 dogs of any size for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Sorry, no cats.

Huttopia Southern Maine allows 2 dogs of any size for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms. Sorry, no cats or exotic pets.

Beaver Dam Campground is pet-friendly, but owners will be totally responsible for their pets at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time, and must be on a leash when not inside your RV. You may not leave your pet inside your RV if you leave the campground. All pet litter must be cleaned up immediately, and those not in compliance will be asked to leave the park. Noisy pets will not be allowed to stay, and only one warning will be issued prior to request to remove pet from park. We do not allow pets in the bathhouse, playground and beach areas, or in our rental units. Please provide proof of vaccination at check-in. Please call in advance for specific breed restrictions. You are totally liable for your pet should there be any claim.

Dogs are allowed at Moosehead Family Campground, but they must be kept on a leash at all times and picked up after (waste to be disposed of in the garbage). They must also have up-to-date vaccinations, be quiet, and attended to at all times. There are no pet fees. Other restrictions may apply. Please see website for more details.

Oceanfront Camping @ Reach Knolls accepts dogs without a fee. The do require that pets be on a leash or controlled by voice, you scoop the poop and that shot records required upon registration of campsite.

Dogs are allowed at Riverbend Campground, but they must be kept on a short leash when outside your vehicle and be properly cleaned up after. Adults only should walk pets. Pets should be supervised at all times and never left unattended. If your pet is loose or not cleaned up after you will be asked to leave wtihout a refund. If your pet is destructive, noisy, or a digger, you will be asked to make other arrangements for your pet or leave. Pets are permitted at the discretion of the Campground. Terramor Outdoor Resort welcomes 3 dogs of any size for an additional fee of $30 per pet, per night. Bowls are provided, and there is a dog park on the property. Sorry, no cats.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at RV sites and in the four cottages at Boothbay RV & Cottages for no additional fee.

Moody Beach RV Campground welcomes 2 dogs of any size for an additional fee of $10 per stay. Sorry, no cats.
