Wondered Off Path, Don’t Go Here

This photo was taken at Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in Paterson, NJ. Foolishly assumed this was a nice path....led us to an area that ran along side the water. Found empty drug bags, condoms, Empty cans, rotted out wood steps, and people smoking pot. I personally don’t care about people enjoying
Themselves but please clean up after yourself. Maybe I missed the memo, but I was looking for a clean hike/trail to explore with my dog. This clearly isn’t it.
