Stayed here for a month !

This photo was taken at Red Roof Inn Defuniak Springs in De Funiak Springs, FL. I recommend the second floor for guests that mind noise. We stayed here for a month. By far the best hotel in the area for the price! And No pet fee! The management (PRIYA) IS AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. House keeping was on point! Take your own doggie bags, as there are not bad provided, however there was plenty of room behind the hotel for walking or running. We ran up the street every day and it was safe. Night time got a bit sketchy so I told management and IMMEDIATELY they hired a security guard and it handles the problem as squatters were coming off of the freeway and hanging out in the parking lot but that problem has been fixed.
There is no breakfast but the rooms have a microwave and mini refrigerator. You can't beat the price. The Rooms are rather large, I had the room with the double bed. The AC worked great. Housekeeping offered to clean my room every other day however I opted for once a week and they respected my privacy.
They were nice to my pets. There is a small area to do laundry. I saw them fixing up and doing work on the hotel and the hotel literally improved over time as I was there and it looks great! I would go back for sure.
