My bff Thor and I recently spent a week in the Outer Banks. I found Mulligan's as a dog friendly restaurant (Upstairs tiki bar). They were awesome to him! A big bowl of water and a plate of yummy looking ground beef and rice were prepared especially for his dinner. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I definitely can recommend Mulligan's for eating out with your Fido!
