3rd birthday fun!

This photo was taken at Sugar House Park in Salt Lake City, UT. We checked out Sugarhouse Park on 4/24 for the first time.
Although it says dogs must be leashed it was rare to see a leashed dog. Nearly every dog was off leash.
This wouldn’t be a problem if people respected others and their dogs.
We made it a point to not sit around a busy area to keep our dog away. We are particular about who she engages with.
We had one too many dogs run up on her. No one apologized. Most of the dogs had poor recall. This isn’t safe.
Aside from all that it is a beautiful park and very busy.
