This photo was taken at T-Joe's Steakhouse & Saloon in Cheyenne, WY. Had a great meal at T Joes tonight! Food was delicious and service was excellent….thanks Crystal! Cooper was welcomed inside the restaurant and given water and bacon! He enjoyed every minute!
