RUCO at home

This photo was taken at Hampton Inn Mt Pleasant in Mount Pleasant, MI. This is RICO, he’s 4 years old a Pomeranian Mix who loves to travel with us. He is trained well and Registeref as an Emotional Support Dog snd as a Service Dog. We shouldn’t need to pay a fee as we have a letter indicating he is covered for free travel & lodging. Is it correct that he will not require a pet fee with you under the law?
