Yes dogs can swim here, on leash!

This photo was taken at Yankee Springs Recreation Area in Middleville, MI. Outside of the 2 clearly marked people beaches, you can walk your dog and swim with them on leash at various cut outs along both sides the peninsula of the recreation area. Often people put picnic tables in the water which my dog loves to jump off of into the lake also. Entering the main park, go to the left of the check in booth (campground is to the right of it). Lots of parking.
