This photo was taken at Mangia e Bevi in Oceanside, CA. DELICIOUS handmade pasta dishes, excellent service and beautiful outdoor dining with water fountain feature and umbrellas. We loved it here so much, we ate here 2 days in a row. Such a Hidden Treasure and a MUST-TRY!!
