This photo was taken at Sea Haven Motel & Guest House in Rockaway Beach, OR. Charlie has the beach all to himself (well, except for Mom behind the camera). Rockaway Beach has seven miles of uncrowded, flat sandy fun awaiting fellow four footed friends.
