Astro the Dog @ Andaz Savannah, Pet/Dog Policy Details

This photo was taken at Andaz Savannah - A Concept by Hyatt in Savannah, GA. Andaz Savannah’s Pet Policy (Feb 2018). We were very pleased with the welcoming dog-friendly attitude of the staff at Andaz Savannah. In regard to the 7th bullet in the photo below...while we did receive a pet door hanger, we were not given a food bowl, water bowl, or pet pillow. When we asked for a dog water bowl, they checked and then told us they were all out. Luckily we had brought our own dog bed and food bowl, and retrieved his travel water bowl from the car. Guests should be aware that pets aren’t permitted at the restaurant (as it doesn’t offer outdoor seating), or on the outdoor 2nd-floor terrace (which is where the pool, cabanas and fire pit are located). Guests’ dogs are, however, permitted in the lobby and the bar area that precedes the restaurant hostess stand.
