Kind and Gentle
When I first looked into taking my people-shy dog here, these folks encouraged me to pop in with her to meet the groomers and hang out in the waiting area in a nonthreatening way, as many times as I wanted, to desensitized her. We did that and now I take her fairly regularly. They always try to accommodate us by letting me know when it will be less busy (and by offering various anti-allergy and no-dry options which my girl also needs). All the employees are very friendly, competent, and genuinely seem to love dogs and their jobs which makes for a positive experience for four-legged and two-legged clients. While slightly pricey, I
am eager to support them as a small, local, woman owned business.
