- TamaraFeb 22, 2022Worst vet experience ever
If I could give them negative bones I would. 6 days after my kitten was spayed her incision was a little weepy and I took her back to the clinic to make sure it wasn't infected. They took her back and maybe 20 mins later brought her back to me. They said it wasn't infected but a small area opened up so they stapled it. When I got home and looked at it I was in SHOCK! They took the surrounding tissue, pulled it over the entire incision and stapled it in place. 4 days later it was horribly infected. Puss was dripping from it and the smell was absolutely putrid. I had to take her immediately to the local animal hospital where they removed the staples, debrided the area, gave her subcutaneous fluids and a shot of antibiotics. They left an open hole in her skin for it to drain from. This has been an absolute nightmare! Twice a day for 2 weeks I have to inject medicine into the hole to fight further infection.
- StJul 31, 2019Superb staff
This place is a LOW COST spay and neuter clinic. They can afford to offer their services at a lower cost because they dont have all the bells
and whistles that a full service vet
does. As a lifelong pet owner, I can
Personally testify that surgery at
ANY hospital (even for humans) is a
risk and unfortunately I dont think
there is not a hospital on the face of
the earth that can claim they never
lost a patient. The staff at this clinic
truly cares for pets and do a phenomenal job for im sure the lower pay they make. The low cost doesnt just come from the facilities! Ive lost a pet in surgery before and it is heartbreaking however it was at a full service hospital where i paid a premium price. All this to say that again ANY surgery ANYWHERE is a risk. Blaming the hospital or the staff is just wrong because i can guarantee you they cry almost as hard as you do. - LourdyApr 15, 2019Please read before you pick this place
This place is not to the trust - I brought my ONE YEAR & 4 MONTH miniature schnauzer here off of a recommendation from a friend and let me start off by saying they make you sign an uncomfortable waiver indicating if anything happens to your animal they are not held responsible for which sadly I signed and during the process I receive a phone call that my beloved dog Lola was trying to be revived when I got there she had passed away with no explanation she had just died. After, a week they sent me an email informing me that my dog's examination or necropsy surgery findings were "inconclusive" which merely means to me neglect on their facilities/veterinarian part! Lola was happy, healthy and full of life and it was taken away from her.
Not to mention I also requested over the phone and email to supply to me the FULL details of the veterinarian that facilitated the surgery since we do plan to file a formal complaint American Association of veterinarian which is my right to do so, and will allow people to know my story which they still have not supplied to me.
Please do not trust this place as I did with your beloved animal. My baby Lola was given was too much anaesthesia during the process and that ultimately was the veterinarian's fault and not to mention every time I place a comment in there (controlled) Google page they have deleted every comment I placed in order to cover up what they have done to her. Lola was beyond loved and what they have done to her will be exposed.
