Waitress served our sweet Penny before coming to our table. Drinks were delivered quickly and Penny got lovins’ from the friendly waitresses. Food took an exceptionally long time

This place is very dog friendly and a great restaurant. Food and drinks were good and the waitress brought my dog Mr. Luke a bowl of ice water. I order Luke a beef patty and he enjoyed it. The owner actually came sat at our table and brought Luke two more patties which he devoured. great place I highly recommend.

Service was so great we went back for a second meal during our short stay in Kemah. We have two Toy Aussies puppies and the staff treated us very well, brought water to the dogs, food was great and wait staff was phenomenal.

My family and our small dog went here for lunch. When we showed up my husband went in to let them know we would be eating on the patio with our dog. It was less than a couple minutes before the waitress came out and greeted us. She took our drink order and brought back water for our pooch. While we were there 2 other parties showed up with dogs as well. The food was great, decent pricing, and good service. Very dog friendly!!!

I met with a friend so we could socialize our foster pups. We had a great meal with excellent service. Puppy approved!

Nice enough place. Didn’t bring a bowl of water for my dog like others have stated. Nice out today so was ok to stay relaxed with slow service.

This is the first time I knew Jackie's is dog friendly by looking at this app. However, I have frequented this place several times. The service is horrible and the food is "ok" at best. I can't understand why it's always busy. I would have given it one bone, but being tolerant of dogs earns it a second one from me. I'll frequent other dog friendly restaurants and leave this place to the human "party animals"!

We eat here almost every Sunday and we love it! Never ordered anything I didn't like and we always have several employees stop by to visit the boys. It was explained to us early on that waitstaff aren't always scheduled to work the patio due to limited customer traffic out there, so if we don't see anyone out there we poke our heads inside and let them know we're sitting out there. One of our favorite places to take the boys that's close to home......and Bay Area Dog Park isn't too far either.

- DebMore than a year agoNot all that pet friendly
Seated ourselves on the patio. After waiting 10 min. Went inside to find a waitress. She finally came and took our drink order. Our pup was never acknowledged. I finally got his water out of the car. Drinks came fairly quickly. Had to hunt for her again to order lunch. Food was okay. Gumbo tasted like a bowl of bell pepper. Bottom line is poor service, so so food. Dog friendly just means it is okay to have them on the patio. Will not go back.

Waitress was dog friendly, brought a water bucket for the fur babies!
- DolorisMore than a year agoLousy Service
We had to seat ourselves and waited for about 10 minutes for anyone to take notice that we were there. They brought the humans something to drink and we had to ask for water for our furry child. They took our order and got two of the three orders wrong. They never got the orders right and never brought a treat for our furry child. We will not go back.
