  Good food and service

  went here a few weeks ago and it was definitely amazing with staff being attentive to our pup (who loved to bark at them to make sure they knew she was there 😂) . They made sure we were good with our food and made sure our pup was too since they have a dog menu too. Only downer was despite it being a dog friendly place and city, a group next to us was upset at our dog’s barking 🤷🏻‍♀️. but we noticed our staff talk to them when they complained saying she was just a pup and can’t do much, which we were very appreciative of

  Dog Heaven

  Having just driven from California and waiting for my house to be vacated, the former owner suggested the Living Room. The dogs were immediately brought water. They loved the chicken and rice bowls. We loved the lemon drops.

  A Dog’s Dream!

  The servers provide ice water for each pup. There’s food made just for the pup. AND the food is delicious for the humans too. Yummy margaritas, great atmosphere. Can’t go wrong with The Living Room!

  Love that they have a doggie menu. Our waitress instantly went to our dog and learned her name and brought her a bowl of water. Service was great, black and blue nachos are a must!!! We will be back every chance we get. Our waitress also went above and beyond to aid in an allergy my husband has as well. Beautiful night, great service, great food!

  Very inviting all 4 of us enjoyed it!

  We were recommended by our pet sitter and no doubt it was a great experience. Unfortunately our little girl "Princess" had eaten already so we did not order anything for her, but she was given some nice cold water to beat the heat. The servers all called her by name and she was happy to be called. The food was good. Definitely will visit a next time when we are in the area with our little girl so she can try one of those meals. Definitely worth a second visit.

  Great food and service. Pet friendly patio is in the front of the restaurant. Gabriella was our server and did an excellent job.

  Enjoyed it.

  This restaurant was a little different. The dinner menu is tapas-style and I thought a little pricey. But the food was different, prepared correctly, and delicious. They seated the four of us right away on the patio and immediately brought the girls each a bowl of water. The Doggy Menu was a nice touch and we went for the Grilled Salmon with Rice for both girls. The only reason I didn't give a 5 boner rating is because the patio is on a peninsula in front of the restaurant and is bordered on 3 sides by sidewalk and 2 sides by streets. It was dusk when we got there and dark by the time we got our food. The foot traffic as well as the noise and lights from the cars made one of girls really nervous, Other than that it was enjoyable and my wife mentioned possibly going back again before we headed home.

  Always good food, good company & good service here. My dog loves dining here & checking out all the other dogs that walk by! Love the Living Room on Main!

  My Favorite Patio with my Pooch

  I love to sit at The Living Room outside with my pooch and people watch. The service is always friendly and many people stop by to admire my pup and it is relaxing. The food is always top notch and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a great spot to share with their dog.... or come without and try their dining room, too.

  Enchanting Surprise!!!!

  This was a fantastic surprise that we came across whilst visiting Dunedin with our dog. We stopped for a glass of wine and were elated when they brought us a doggie menu. We ordered him the chicken & green beans and the large portion arrived in a ceramic bowl with paws around it. The wine was great, the service was excellent, the dog plate was grand and there is no doubt we will be back---and we will not eat first the next time.
