  Good beer!

  The food and beer was good, the “beer garden” was just okay. I have to agree with the other reviews that it wasn’t really all that dog friendly other than our dog being allowed to sit under a tent at a picnic table with us.

  Not super impressed with outdoor space

  Their “beer garden” was a couple of picnic tables and a small tent in a parking lot… nothing like what I was expecting. My pooch laid on the pavement. Food and beer were great, and staff was pleasant. I would recommend it, but not necessarily for its dog friendliness.

  Good Vibes

  I feel this place has great potential for people and dogs. The food was great, it was a sunny day, and I love the fenced in area. There was a good deal of seating but only 2 picnic tables had umbrellas so our options were limited for shade. If they added the cover, it would be perfect.

  Not quite set up outside

  There is a tented area of the patio. The poles were up but the cover wasn’t on it when we went yesterday (5/12/18). It had been cold and rainy so we were hoping for some dry shelter while we enjoyed a drink and snack with our dog but I don’t think they are all set up for warmer temps yet. Still, those that came outside were very nice to us and our pup.

  Good food and beer! Nice to find a restaurant where you can let the dog off leash while you eat!! Very charming restaurant and town!

  Great Place

  We were able to bring our dog on the outside Patio. The beers were excellent and we ate spent grain pretzels with beer cheese, which were great. Our dog enjoyed it and everyone made a fuss over him.

  nice patio, good food

  The staff here is super nice. The patio has several picnic tables and high stool seating. Approximately half the patio is covered. One of the off duty staff members told us we could let our Goldendoodle wander around off leash, so we did. There were only about 8 people outside at the time.

  The beer was really good.

  We ordered a pizza and the cheese bread. The pizza was good but not great. The cheese bread was huge, larger then the pizza.

  We were traveling from Detroit to Chicago when we stopped in. We will definitely return on another trip.

  Fun spot with a great outdoor patio where your dog can even be off leash! Great stop for a beer!
