Since 1989, The Glimmer Man has been serving the community of Dublin, IE. This local bar welcomes dogs to sit with their owners inside or at one of the pet-friendly tables outside on the rooftop beer garden, where he may even be offered a treat. When patrons visit in the evening, they can sip on delicious craft beers and even check out Vietnom, a Vietnamese-inspired food vendor in their beer garden. Note that this is a cash-only business.
