Carter’s Chocolate Cafe is a pet-friendly chocolate shop and sidewalk cafe, located in The Stable Yard Food Hall at George's Court Shopping Centre in Waterford, IE. Pups are welcome inside, and while they don't have a dog menu, they do offer doggy ice cream cones! Pet owners can sample a menu made up of treats like crepes, cake, hot chocolates and more.
