  Covered patio

  It was quite chilly when we were there so we were delighted that they had a covered and heated dog friendly patio. Dogs helped with the Living The Dream platter (chicken, pulled pork, smoked pot roast and ribs). Try their fried squash, was delicious.

  Dog friendly and good food & beer

  Fantastic staff, food, & beverages! Hostess didn't blink an eye when I asked for patio seating with a heater for our two dogs and two kiddos. Kids loved the food. Adults loved the food & beverages. Dogs appreciated the water after a long car trip. Did I mention the staff was amazing? The heaters warmed the patio very quickly even at the end of November.

  All around awesome!

  Welcoming to our pup but you’ll have to ask for water. Terrific bbq! Tried FOUR other “dog-friendly” area restaurants but none had their patio open. Phone First!

  Great Food-Pups Welcome

  The smoked chicken wings are wonderful. We also followed the waitresses suggestion and had the pulled pork. It was fantastic. Lots of pups on the porch made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

  Great outdoor areas

  Friendly staff, good food and plenty of outdoor space. Very close to La Quinta Hotel (pets stay free), less than 1 mile away. Definitely will visit again.

  Wonderful dinner!

  The staff was so nice to us and our fur baby! The staff brought him a pitcher of ice water and loved on him! The food was also delicious. We recommend the pulled pork and fried squash!

  great Fido location

  Came looking to bring our dog and we love it. The patio area has water mist to keep cool everyone including the 4 legged ones. Food was excellent, service outstanding and prices reasonable.

  Great BBQ with a covered Patio

  The staff was wonderful. The brought a large pitcher of water for our pup. The BBQ was Delish! The sides of fried squash, Mac n Cheese, and Pasta Salad were all out of this world good! This is our first trip to the Charlotte area with our dog and McKoys made it easy to enjoy a nice relaxing lunch.
