The Barbeque Exchange
The Barbecue Exchange smokes all its meats in a custom built cooker known as "The Beast". Choose from hickory-smoked pork shoulder, St. Louis style ribs, beef brisket, pork belly, pulled chicken, ribs, and smoked sausage, all grilled over live coals. Traditional sides include baked beans, collard greens, mac and cheese, and potato salad. Outdoor tables are dog friendly.
