Three Fat Pigs is the brainchild of local wunderkind Chef Ippy Aiona. Located at the King' Shops, there are several dog-friendly seating options outside at the front and back of the restaurant. The menus cover lunch, starters, large plates, desserts, and vegan options. The lunch menu includes options like the House-made Pork Sausage Burger and Bourbon BBQ Shrimp. You'll also find gourment appetizers like the well-loved Mini Manapua, a cripsy Ssamjang tossed pork belly served with sweet pickled jalapeno peppers, carrots, onion, and fresh daikon. The large plate entrees boast a variety of flavors and dishes like the Double Cut Pork Chop, Fried Chicken, and half pound Pub Burber.
