At breakfast, start with a pastry, then choose from menu items like a smoked salmon omelet, baked oatmeal, French toast, or huevos rancheros. Lunch entrees include crisp salads, gourmet hamburgers, and deli sandwiches made with the bakery's fresh-baked bread. Baked On Maui is open Monday through Saturday from 6:30am until 5pm, and on Sunday from 6:30am until 3pm.
