Jar and Fork believes that getting a fast meal doesn't have to mean sacrificing your health. They aim to create dishes with health conscious produce and responsibly sourced proteins. There are several outdoor tables with dog-friendly seats. Jar and Fork serves lunch and dinner with various options such as sandwiches, rice bowls, curry bowls, and dishes inspired by the paleo diet. They also serve several types of fresh pressed juices made with various fruits and super foods like beets, kale, or spinach. They host happy hour from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and also serve brunch from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm every Saturday.
