  Dog friendly casual lunch spot

  We enjoyed lunch next to the river. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our 2 dogs loved hanging out with us at the Outdoor tables on multiple layer decks with river and waterfall views. Pulled pork sandwich and cider was very good. There is no table service. They give you a beeper to come get your food at the pick up window, which was not a problem for us.

  Friendliest place for Dogs

  We stopped at this pub/brewing company for a cocktail with our pup. There were so many happy pups with their owners.
  The establishment if you can imagine is on the street level with decks that flow into others. All the way down the bank of the river to the water. Overhead heaters and fire pits, lounging areas and a sandy beach like area. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer and fall. A must go to with your dogs.

  Awesome Brewery On The River!

  Beautiful scenery and great beer! Cool breeze by the river and lots of patio space! Our dog enjoyed getting his feet wet in the river. Very dog friendly in outside patio area.

  Beer With A View

  We stopped in our our way to Lake Lure. My husband and daughter ordered flights. They had a great selection arranged by their own brews, locals and ciders. We ordered some sodas for the teens and some nachos to share. The interior is very small but cute, with tabletop games to play. The outside decks were several levels all the way down to the river. It was not too crowded and several people were there with their dogs. Some were even enjoying their drinks right on the rocks. Definitely worth a visit!

  Nice outdoor area

  You are not allowed to bring your dog inside. So if you are by yourself ordering will be difficult as they do not do table side service outside. The porch and outdoor area is nice. It is a tight fit walking around so be wary for children.
