Kelly's Steak and Seafood

There are a few outdoor tables at the pet-friendly Kelly's Steaks and Seafood, and the patio is open year round. Working with a Pacific Northwest style, Kelly's had eight different steak dishes from Seared Filet Mignon Medallions to the 20oz King Porterhouse.
