Three Tarts Bakery and Cafe is a dog-friendly sweet shop serving treats to locals and tourists alike. Dog owners with a sweet tooth can head to one of its few outdoor tables to enjoy a piece of pie alongside their pooch. Dogs will have to stay outside the shop while their owner goes in to place their order.
