    Tallahatchie Gourmet provides a couple of pet-friendly tables outside. Inspired by the flavors of her native New Orleans, the owner, Angela Mueller, wanted to bring a taste of her home to Mississippi. One of the most popular dishes on the menu is the shrimp and grits, creamy cheese grits topped with sauteed shrimp in a light beurre blanc sauce, bacon, cheese, and green onions.
