Those wanting to visit the Prickly Pear Cafe with their pet can do so by sitting at one of its ten outdoor tables on the front patio. Seating is first come first serve, and locals recommend calling ahead to make a reservation due to its popularity. With a menu including the buffalo meat enchiladas Michael Phelp's included in his autobiography, to butternut squash soup raved over by locals, the Prickly Pear Cafe has it all. The Cafe is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30am to 9:00pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11:30am to 10:00pm. The Prickly Pear closes at 8:30pm on Sundays during the winter months.
