Seven Stars Bakery

Seven Stars Bakery is a family owned and operated business with dog-friendly outdoor seating. This bakery uses the age-old method of long fermentation for their bread and laminated pastries. After the process is complete, these products are made available for you to buy along with other pastries and drip coffee. The current coffee available has been purchased directly from the coffee farm in Guatemala. Each barista preparing your hot beverage has gone through a rigorous forty-hour training program, so you can be sure they know what they're doing by the time your cup is prepared. To accompany your drip coffee, why not try a scone? They offer ginger biscuit, granola nut, lemon currant, cranberry pecan, and cheddar biscuit.
