It is prepared with tender pieces of eggplant fried golden brown and layered with Italian ham, roasted peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, all baked with tomato sauce. They also serve lots of other pasta, seafood, salads, and meat dishes. You can pair your Italian meal with a glass of wine or a traditional cocktail. For dessert, sink your sweet tooth into a grape nut custard. Vesuvio Restaurant is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:30am to 9:00pm, Saturday from 4:00pm to 11:00pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
