The French Confection

The French Confection, an authentic French patisserie, has a dog-friendly table outside. The owner, Xavier, a fifth generation baker and pastry chef, has been preparing French delicacies in the USA since 1985. They whip up a long list of breakfast pastries, savory pastries, whole cakes and pies, dessert pastries, cookies, and beverages. Unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably heard of a grilled cheese, but you may not have heard of the French equivalent, the Croque Monsieur. The French Confection is pleased to offer the classic French lunch dish, made up of ham, Swiss cheese, and bechamel sauce inside two pieces of grilled bread.
