Nestled in the Chippewa National Forest, is the Timerwolf Inn, a dog-friendly bar and restaurant. The chefs specialize in smaller lunch items, like homemade soups and sandwiches, and bigger dinner items such as seafood and steak entrees. They also serve nightly chef specials and a nightly salad bar, which features homemade dressings, salad, bread, and fresh cut vegetables. You can accompany a walleye fillet with a Moscow Mule or a featured wine from the wine menu. The Timberwolf Inn is open Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, Friday from 4:30pm to 10:00pm, Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00 and 4:30pm to 10:00pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 9:00pm.
