    The pet-friendly Brennan's Big Chill has a few outdoor benches where well-behaved dogs are welcome. Serving handmade ice cream since 2004, Brennan's has forty-two flavors daily, and over two hundred flavors that rotate like Scotch on the Rocks and Chocolate Marshmallow.
