Taco Escobarr
Taco Escobar has four dog-friendly outdoor tables so you'll want to request one when you can. The Mexican spot's menu is compact, with tacos, burritos and enchiladas with your choice of filling, and a couple entrees like the braised pork stew Pozole, and Steak Fajitas. The cocktail menu is pretty extensive however, with margaritas like the Mango Tangerine and the Habenero Peach. You can also find other types of adult beverages like the Pomegranate Tequila Sunrise and Mayan Ruins Martini. Open daily 11am to 1am.

Not many places will seat you with dogs after 10pm in Portland. Taco Escobarr seated us at their outdoor tables at about 10:30 PM. Drinks were good, tacos and guac were yummy. 4 stars because the wait staff was a bit rude.
