Eggspectation is a unique eatery that specializes in anything and everything EGG! Choose from menu options like freshly squeezed juices, espresso, fruit and yogurt dishes, steak and eggs, biscuit and eggs, eggs benedict, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, crepes, burgers, seafood, chicken, pasta, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their eight pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Stop in for breakfast and order the Smoked Salmon Benny - two perfectly poached eggs on toasted multigrain bread with smoked wile sockeye salmon and cream cheese, topped with hollandaise sauce and a sprinkle of red onions and capers, served with gruyere cheese and lyonnaisestyle potatoes. Or pop by for lunch and chow down on the Eggspectation Burger topped with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, chipotle aioli, and an egg! Eggspectation is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 9pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 7am to 10pm.
