Cornbread Cafe serves vegan comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and has been featured on the popular Food Network series Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Try the Eugenewich, a sandwich on a grilled bun with a Southern-fried tofu patty, Daiya cheddar, carrot bacon, haystack onions, lettuce, tomato, and smoky BBQ sauce. Cornbread Cafe is open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm, Sunday 9am - 3pm.
