  Good food!

  Food was good, but be prepared for the birds flying around in the outside eating area, It was a little annoying!

  we saw there was a line out the door and I said to my husband “want to go somewhere else?” and a guy leaving overheard and said “it’s worth the wait” - he was right. sandwiches, soup and pastries were all great, plenty of outdoor covered seating even if the weather isn’t perfect, dogs welcome outside (and spent their time fending off a few really persistent birds which they enjoyed and we appreciated 😂) - the other review that mentions dogs not allowed inside is correct. it would be tough to go alone since this is the case.

  Great place for dogs and people!

  This was such a great spot for us and our pooch that we had breakfast here both mornings of our stay in Mendocino. It has a large, covered outdoor area where dogs are welcome, and a varied menu to please everyone in your party. The salted caramel latte is really good. There is also a little gift shop corner inside with souvenirs and some artisanal treasures. Highly recommended for you and your doggies!

  If you’re alone…

  I love this place: great food, great staff, amazing outdoor space that is pet friendly. However, if you are walking around with your dog and want to stop for a quick bite, if you’re alone you cannot order as orders are taken inside and dogs cannot go in. This app is for “bringing Fido” so I just have to say, it’s kinda a challenge here! But definitely go here, just bring a friend if you can!!

  Good food, although a little pricey!

  There was a decent size outdoor area with at least 4 oversized picnic benches and two tables so there is lots of room for you and your pup. There are two ways to exit the outdoor area to get back to the main street, which is nice so you can give room to other dogs and their humans still eating without having to walk right by them on your way out.

  Great food, spacious area

  Great lunch. Little pricey, but great. Big picnic benches. Plenty of space. 4-5 dogs were there and all had enough space to be friendly.
