Outstanding Fish & Fries & Dog Wonderful
I didn't expect much of the food because of the previous review, but I chose the Fish Dinner for $6.95 and it was outstanding--haddock lightly breaded and lightly fried, honey donut like things, homemade french fries and homemade light slaw. The server brought my dog water before I even asked. The side salad was perfectly fresh. Oh and the root beer is justly famous---very rich.

Mom & Pop meets Sonic
We stopped here while camping at the lake and enjoyed it. The service was great and although the food wasn't out of this world, it was still good and everything was incredibly cheap! Fed 3 people for under $13 with dessert. We have a dog and there is a nice picnic area that is pet friendly. Definitely worth stopping in!
