Located in the heart of the Burbank Media District, Backstage Cafe is a dog-friendly spot for breakfast and lunch. Visitors to the Cafe with Fido in tow can head to one of its few outdoor tables to dig into a Southwestern Chicken Salad piled high with chicken, corn, black beans, cabbage, tomato, avocado, pepper jack cheese, chipotle, and ranch dressing. Backstage's menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast items, side dishes such as scoops of chicken, egg or tuna salad, macaroni salad, Italian pasta, yogurt, hummus, potato chips, and more. Coffee and juice are available to wash it all down. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy cookies such as Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Walnut, and Rugelach, and bars such as Caramel Apple, Pecan Chocolate Crunch, and Lemon. Backstage Cafe is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
