Cima Restaurant located in City of Industry, CA is an Asian restaurant inside the Pacific Palms Resort. Your dog is welcome to join you at several of their pet-friendly tables but you must call ahead because the patio is not always open. Cima offers specialty and signature Asian dishes including Shrimp with Candied Walnuts, Crabmeat with Fish Maw Soup, and Two Flavored Scallops and Abalone in Royal Sauce. If you are attending the Champagne Brunch it includes a Chilled Seafood Station with Shrimp Cocktail, Snow Crab, Clusters, and Black Mussel Salad. The Carving Station has Slow Cooked Prime Rib Au Jus, Crispy Sucking Pig, and Korean Style Short Ribs.
