Located in Granada Hills Village, the Belgium Waffle Haus uses real, authentic pearl sugar, imported from Belgium, to make authentic waffles. Their chefs make waffles daily, from scratch, using a seventeen-hour dough fermentation process, and cast iron waffle machines to finish off the process. The sweet section of the menu includes the Haus Banana Split: waffles topped with ice cream, assorted fruit, chocolate syrup, Oreo Cookies, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
