Jimboy's Tacos has been serving tacos since1954. At this location on 29th Street in Sacramento, you and Fido will find four dog-friendly tables outside. Please note that table service isn't available, so Fido needs to wait outside when you go in to order. The signature taco, the first item to be sold in the food truck that started it all, containing fragrantly spiced ground beef, encased inside a grilled stone-ground tortilla with crisp lettuce, freshly shredded cheese, and a big coating of grated parmesan cheese on the outside, is still sold today.
