This gourmet burger joint on Larimer Street has twenty dog-friendly tables outside. The Illegal Burger chefs start with a special seasoning blend of beef, made with fresh, all-natural meat. Then. they hand-craft, sear, and cook each burger on the grill, and serve them on a freshly baked bun. Many of the burgers on the menu are named after events in the underworld, including the Illegal cream cheese: beef patty, cream cheese, fried onion strings, and fried jalapenos. Alternatively, you may want to try the Boss. This beast of a burger contains a beef patty, grilled pineapple, red onions, fried jalapenos, cheddar cheese, hickory smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo.
