The 49th Alaskan Food and Spirits

The 49th Alaskan Food and Spirits is home to six pet-friendly tables outside. After living in Alaska for over twenty years, the owner relocated to Colorado and took a little piece of Alaska with him. He opened up the 49th State to provide the people of Colorado with a taste of the place he once called home. The menu on offer includes a few interesting burgers, such as the Denali Burger: a monumental burger of two patties topped with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and horseradish mayo'. If you're not in the mood for a handheld, you can try the Elk River Meatloaf: two slices of elk and beef loaf served with bacon green beans, garlic mashers, and housemade pan gravy.
