The Nickel

Located in Denver's historic Tramway Building, The Nickel is home to eight dog-friendly tables. The menus incorporate ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, distillers, and craft producers. Rather than overloading the menu with lots of dishes, the chefs prepare a concise selection of interesting twists on American classics. On the mains section of the dinner menu, the halibut is served with eggplant, bulb onions, Wagyu tallow, and lime. In addition to the menu items, you'll find an extensive charcuterie program that features hand-picked meat and cheese from around the country.
