Backcountry Delicatessen is a dog-friendly eatery that was created to "satisfy your hunger for great food and fuel your active life." The Delicatessen has a couple of outdoor tables available for dog owners with Fido in tow wanting to dig into a High Plains sandwich piled high with fresh mozzarella, tomato, romaine lettuce and basil pesto.
