Caroline's

Caroline's is a dog-friendly, "formal Victorian" American restaurant serving fresh Colorado foods such as lamb, beef, game and fresh, local produce, prepared in the classic French tradition. Visitors to Caroline's can bring Fido and head to one of its two outdoor tables to dig into a plate of Cheese and Charcuterie. Caroline's menu is comprised of starters, soups, salads, and entrees such as Colorado Lamb Chops, New York Strip Steak, Southwestern Grilled Salmon Filet, Veal Piccata, and Quinoa Stuffed Portobello Mushroom.
