Newk's Eatery on Max Leggett Parkway is a dog-friendly restaurant with ten outdoor tables. You can bring Fido along with you to indulge in something from the diverse menu. If you're a fan of fresh-tossed salads, artisan pizzas, toasted sandwiches, kettle batch soups, and desserts, then you've picked the right place. Amongst the popular sandwiches on the menu, you'll find a farmer's market sandwich filled with grilled squash, zucchini, portabella mushrooms, caramelized onions, and Gouda cheese, topped with house-made basil mayo', sliced tomatoes, and fresh spinach. All of their sandwiches are served with a side of coleslaw, soup, or mac and cheese. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside while you go in to order.

Awesome food with outdoor seating for customers w/pets with a large shaded awning. We ate dinner in June and it was nice and cool even though it was 88 degrees outside. (Important in Florida where its hot) And I have an American Shepherd which has a really thick coat. (They were very friendly - not to the point where they had treats and water bowls.)
