Hooters, located in Orange Park, is a well-known bar and eatery that offers up an array of tasty pub grub served by the famed Hooters Girls. Went and sat outside with the dog and someone went inside to inform staff where we were. Nobody came. Went back inside to remind them. Nobody came. After spending thirty minutes on their patio we finally had to leave. Not worth the effort.
