    The founders of Mellow Mushroom opened their first restaurant because they saw pizza baking as an art form and wanted to offer other people the chance to enjoy their art. Mellow Mushroom on Peachtree Parkway is home to twenty pet-friendly tables outside, so you can bring Fido with you to enjoy a specialty pie, calzone, hoagie, or salad. One of their most popular pies is the Holy Shiitake Pie, an olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Mont Amore, finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil.       Pizza and Pets are a great combination here...

      The Mellow Mushroom in Cumming has a great patio for bringing our four-legged child too. They have water bowls placed around the patio and will bring you a glass of water if you bring your own bowl as well. They are always amazed when we ask for Green Bell Peppers RAW and feed them to our dog who loves them. They truly make our entire family feel welcome.
